ELECTION OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS 2003-2005

1. The election of Executive Committee Members for the years 2003-2005 will be held at the 22^nd Annual General Meeting on 22 June 2003 at the Sports House, Causeway Bay.

2.  Clubs are invited to nominate candidates for the following posts. Each club could submit only one nomination in each post and please be reminded to seek the approval from the candidates you wish to nominate.

• President

• Vice-President

• Honorary Secretary

• Honorary Treasurer

• Training & Coaching Secretary

• Technical Secretary

• Event Secretary

• Registrar

• School Orienteering Secretary

• Promotion & Development Secretary

3. Please refer to the appendix for list of Executive Committee Members who are eligible to stand for election as President of OAHK.

4. According to Article 13 of the M & A, not more than three Full Members of an Affiliated Club may be elected as Executive Committee Member.

5.Please return the attached nomination form to OAHK office on or before 31 May 2003.

Appendix

According to Article 14 of the M & A, only a person who has been an Executive Committee Member in the preceding year and attended at least 50% of the Executive Committee meetings during his/her Executive Committee membership shall be eligible to stand for election as President at an Annual General Meeting. The following is a list of Executive Committee Members who had attended at least 50% of the Executive Committee meetings since July 2001 :
