技術（地圖）委員會第九次會議紀錄

一 通過上次會議記錄

1.1    與會者通過上次會議記錄，並作以下之修改：

1.1.1英文版第2.1項 ： "HKOC……..and to use Brown-50% in the Mong Tseng Wai map." 修改為 "HKOC……..and to use Brown-50% for paved area in Mong Tseng Wai map."

二 地圖圖例

2.1 技術秘書鳴謝香港野外定向會於輞井圍地圖試將「國際野外定向圖例」之圖例編號206 – 石，編號207 – 大石，編號208 –石堆及編號209 –石群放大 10% ，另編號112 – 小丘放大20%。與會者經商議後決定日後所製作之1:10000香港野外定向地圖圖例編號206 – 石､編號207 – 大石､編號208 –石堆及編號209 –石群需依照1:15000比例放大 10%，而編號112 – 小丘於放大後效果並不滿意，建議使用原來之大小(即1:15000圖例大小)。

2.2    可行車的泥路，日後會使用圖例編號505表示。

三 其他事項

3.1    技術（地圖）委員會將會建立一個OCAD圖例檔，並統一OCAD內的圖例顏色及大小等規格，供各屬會繪圖之用。

3.2 技術秘書決定修改每年度最佳地圖獎提名方法，由舊有屬會推選方式，改為由技術（地圖）委員會提名，詳情見附頁一。

Item 1 Confirmation of Last Meeting Minutes

1.1 The minutes of last meeting was confirmed with the following amendment :

1.1.1 Item 2.1 in the English version : "HKOC…..and to use Brown-50% in the Mong Tseng Wai map." was amended as "HKOC….. and to use Brown – 50% for paved area in Mong Tseng Wai map."

Item 2 Map Legend

2.1 TS thanked HKOC for trying to enlarge "ISOM" Map Symbol No. 206 - boulder, Map Symbol No. 207 - large boulder, Map Symbol No. 208 - boulder group and Map Symbol No. 209 – boulder area to 10% in Mong Tseng Wai map, and to enlarge Map Symbol No. 112 - small knoll to 20%. After discussion, meeting agreed that for drawing map in 1:10000, Map Symbol No. 206 - boulder, Map Symbol No. 207 - large boulder, Map Symbol No. 208 - boulder group and Map Symbol No. 209 – boulder area should be enlarged to 10% according to 1:15000. The effect of enlarging Map Symbol No. 112 - small knoll was not satisfactory, the meeting proposed to use the original size (i.e. 1:15000)

2.2    Vehicle track should be represented by Map Symbol No. 505.

Item 3 Any Other Business

3.1 Technical Committee on Mapping would build-up a file on OCAD symbol, and would coordinate the requirements of OCAD symbol, such as colour and size.

3.2 TS decided to change the method of nomination for Best Map Award. The Award would be nominated by Technical Committee on Mapping instead of nominated by club. Please refer to appendix 1 for details.

  1. 在本年度內向總會註冊及已完成之地圖名單如下:

    3. 園山(香港定向越野會)

    5. 黃公田(香港青年獎勵計劃)
    6. 輞井圍(香港野外定向會)
  1. 於3月14日之技術委員會(地圖)會議內議決由技術委員會選出三張地圖後，再公開予各屬會投票，該三張地圖名單如下:

    2. －園山

    －大嶼山昂平

    －黃公田

  2. 如屬會有意提名其他地圖參加最佳地圖獎，則可將提名交予技術(地圖)委員會，唯屬會只可提名其他屬會之地圖。

Best Map Award

A. List of maps that are registered with OAHK and have completed in this year :

1. Tsing Yi (AKIN)

2. Aberdeen Country Park (HKOC)

3. Yuen Shan (HKOXCC)

4. Ngong Ping, Lantau Island (YAOC)

5. Wong Kung Tin (AYP)

6. Mong Tseng Wai (HKOC)

B.    As decided in the Technical Committee Meeting on Mapping held on 14/3/2000, the following maps were nominated to join the Best Map Award :

- Yuen Shan

- Ngong Ping, Lantau Island

- Wong Kung Tin

C. Clubs can also nominate orienteering map of other clubs to join the Award and the nomination should be submitted to the Technical Committee on Mapping.
