一 通過上次會議記錄

1.1 與會者一致通過上次會議記錄。

二 跟進事項

    1. 技術秘書報告劉建國先生及黃文柱先生已同意把他們的舊地圖與其資料給總會，技術秘書在會上傳閱一些貯存起的舊地圖。

三 高級地圖製作班

    1. 技術秘書報告青進野外定向會已把基本圖的意見提交總會，但基本圖使用守則同意書仍未提交。

      2. 　

    2. 吳金富先生準備了一份有關空中攝影地圖的報告書分發給有關屬會填寫，各屬會需於本週內傳真回總會，該份報告書將與高級地圖製作班檢討報告一併交予香港康體發展局。

    3. 會議上對五張基本圖的質素及問題加以討論。

    4. 因製作基本圖的資助一項還有餘數，會議同意全數資助同社的基本圖製作費，同社須與體育幹事確定可否收該筆款項。

    5. 會議建議該五個屬會提交他們的實習日期及負責導師姓名予總會，以便支取導師費，技術秘書將與體育幹事確定。

    6. 有關在基本圖使用守則中屬會須給予總會500張地圖一項，技術秘書將進一步與體育幹事澄清。

    7. 會議同意須在檢討報告中註明地圖的成本價，而成本價約港幣３０元。

四 會議結束

    1. 沒有其他事項，會議於晚上九時三十分結束﹐下次會議定於二零零零年十月三十日在香港青年獎勵計劃總部舉行﹐請各屬會派代表出席。

Item 1 Confirmation of Last Meeting Minutes

1.1 The minutes of last meeting was confirmed without amendment.

Item 2 Matters Arising

2.1 TS reported that Mr. Lau Kin Kwok and Mr. Wong Man Chu had agreed to give their old maps and information to OAHK. TS also tabled his old maps at the meeting.

Item 3 Advance Mapping Clinic

3.1 TS reported that YAOC had submitted their comments on Base Maps to OAHK but they still did not submit the Agreement on the Guideline for the Use of Base Maps.

3.2 Mr. Patrick Ng had prepared a form on the Brief Report on Photogrammetric Base Maps to be distributed to the respective clubs for completion and fax back to OAHK within this week, which would be submitted to HKSDB together with the evaluation report of Advance Mapping Clinic.

3.3 General discussion took place in the meeting with respect to the quality and problem of five base maps.

3.4 Since there still was excess amount of subsidies on the production of base maps, meeting agreed to give the total cost of base map to AKIN. AKIN would confirm with SE whether they could receive the amount.

3.5 Meeting proposed that those five clubs could submit to OAHK the dates of field works and the name of coach-in-charge to claim the lecturers_ fees. TS would confirm with SE.

3.6 Regarding the giving of maps 500 pcs to OAHK as stated in the Guidelines for the Use of Base Map, TS would further clarify with SE.

3.7 The meeting agreed that the actual production cost of map should be stated in the evaluation report as the production cost of each map was around HK$30.

Item 4 End of Meeting

4.1 There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 2130 hours. The next meeting would be held on 30 October 2000 at AYP headquarters. All clubs were advised to send representatives to the meeting.
